1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Blue Horizon's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Services Description

Blue Horizon provides content marketing services including but not limited to content strategy, content creation, social media management, and digital marketing consulting. Our services are designed to help businesses scale their influence through strategic content and community building.

3. Service Terms

3.1 Exploratory Month: New clients begin with a one-month exploratory period to assess fit and establish working relationships.

3.2 Content Deliverables: Monthly deliverables include 12 short-form content pieces and 2 long-form video requests as specified in your service agreement.

3.3 Unused Requests: Unused content requests do not carry over to subsequent months.

3.4 Additional Content: Extra content beyond the monthly allocation will be charged separately at our current rates.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Billing: Services are billed monthly in advance. Payment is due within 7 days of invoice date.

4.2 Late Payments: Late payments may result in service suspension until account is current.

4.3 Refunds: Due to the custom nature of our services, refunds are not provided once work has commenced.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Client Content: Upon full payment, clients retain ownership of all custom content created specifically for their brand.

5.2 Blue Horizon IP: Our methodologies, processes, and proprietary frameworks remain the intellectual property of Blue Horizon.

5.3 Portfolio Rights: Blue Horizon reserves the right to showcase work samples in our portfolio and marketing materials.

6. Confidentiality

Blue Horizon agrees to maintain confidentiality of all client information, business strategies, and proprietary data shared during the course of our engagement.

7. Limitation of Liability

Blue Horizon's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the month where the issue occurred. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Client remains responsible for payment of all services rendered prior to termination date.
